Excellent service, beautifully designed room with a bottle of cava as well as ice. Paid £ 303. The best and particularly good location for visiting bars and restaurants...

The best and peaceful location with good restaurant nearby. Easy 24 minutes' ride to and from airport. A nice size room with a comfortable bed.

The location here is great, as it's close to Granada city center, the Sierra Nevada mountains, and just outside the main busy area.

Location is good, just right to the city center where shops and cafes are placed.
Increadible noisy, impossible to slip all over the night as many people going around.

The bed here is super comfy, the bathroom is spacious, and there's even a mini-fridge in the room. You can watch all your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV and there's climate control to keep you at just the right temperature. 😊 the staff are so friendly and always make you feel welcome.

The hotel is very nice, not yet entirely finished. Big rooms, with jacuzzi, internet... They have a swimming pool as well. And apparently a spa area that we haven't tried...For the parking is not mandatory to pay the one in the hotel as there are plenty of free places on the street and the area is very safe. We even got the chance to be upgraded to a junior suit for free. Very nice staff, a great hotel for a great value if you are going to Granada by car.
The jacuzzi in our room was not working.A Bit far from the sightseeing area in Granada if you are there without a car.

Sightsee and try to use hotel swimming pool very dangerous,
Very poorly managed and maintained, some areas due to lack of repair dangerous, very poor service inexperience staff. everything closed at 11.50pm no way of then getting tea coffee water very poor overall

Very large room.
Despite what is stated, there was no wifi in the room. Internet in the room was possible with a (very short) cable, but if you're unlucky, they are all gone (as I've experienced).

Ah gp was difficult to find, even though it is big. We thought it was a building site when we first saw it. Anyway, we booked suite, which was vast. 2 queen-size beds, a three piece suite, more chairs and tables etc etc. 2 person bath, separate show...and a balcony for smokers! Restaurant was a little spare, the menu not great, but good value, good food and great service. I found it strange that the place, even though it was being used and is of a high standard, was not finished well... Look at the tiles by the lifts. Great big cracks! I would recommend staying here though. The value was fantastic, and once you work out where it is, it is easy to get to. Granada attractions are a ten euro cab ride away as well, so I just left my car in the garage underneath the hotel. If you go at a quite time of year, don’t waste the 8 euros a day for this, as there is plenty of free parking right out side of the hotel. Treid the spa, good value as well. I didnt work out what the stones were in there though Cheers. Mike - Glos
Just the finish. I guess they ran out of money

Accessible rooms here are designed for wheelchair users and come with lovely bathrooms. 🚿 They provide ice and show genuine care for all guests. the staff is top-notch, and this spot boasts a prime location right by a fantastic tapas bar just around the corner.

Very modern, clean, spacious and well-located. Big rooms and nice bathroom.
Some parts of the room were a bit loose, like the toilet paper hanger, and some other door hangers. The security box was switched off so I couldnt use it. The spa closed 15min before 21.00 h so I arrived 20 min before but I wasnt allowed to enter.

Quiet, clean and spacious room. Free internet access available throughout the hotel.
The hotel didn't seem fully operational. It is located at Monachil and rather hard to find. Not recommended unless with own car or with tour group. Air cond. in our room didn't work during our stay. We suspect it was centrally controlled. Wireless internet is only available in the lounge area.
